Downloads   Step 1 (Installation) Select the SIM install version that is right for your computer's operatiing sytem below. Run the installation package and then execute the Simulation. All downloads will function in a limited demonstration mode until an activation key has been applied. Step 2 (Activation) If you enjoy our Simulations and choose to continue using them beyond the demonstration period, you may visit our Online Store to purchase your activation code. All demo version downloads can be activated with their purchased key and then played beyond the demo period without limitations. Please Note: The SIM applications are not compatible with the new Mac OS X Leopard (v10.5) operating system. We are aware of this issue and currently working to resolve the problem.
